Licensing Notice
In the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, licensure for contractors and tradespeople is administered at the municipal level. Requirements vary by municipality and by service type. We encourage all clients to verify with our office that our technicians hold the applicable licensure for your specific municipality and the service being requested prior to scheduling work. We are happy to provide documentation upon request.
All services exceeding one day of labor are provided with a formal written estimate of total project costs prior to scheduling. The rates reflected on your estimate are discounted bulk rates applicable to projects exceeding one business day in duration. These discounted rates are estimates and may fluctuate throughout the project as the scope changes; in that event, a change order will be provided. In the event of payment refusal, the bulk discount will be forfeited and the standard day rate applied.
Our technicians are billed at a standard rate of $127.00 per hour plus an $80.00 trip fee per visit.

Minimum Charge
Our minimum billable increment is one half day. All scheduling is subject to technician availability and job scope confirmation prior to dispatch.
Flex Schedule
For smaller services that do not require a half day or full day commitment, you may request placement on our Flex Schedule. When our technicians are already working in your area, we will swing by and complete small jobs billed at the standard hourly rate with no minimum.
Please note: Flex Schedule wait times are a minimum of 8 weeks and are subject to routing availability. Flex scheduling is not guaranteed and does not reserve a specific date or time.
Emergency and after-hours service is available for urgent needs outside of standard business hours. Emergency rates apply to all calls received after 5:00 PM on weekdays, all day on weekends, and all recognized holidays.
